Duluth Running Co. “Tri Nights!” are a great way to get into triathlons and excellent training for the seasoned triathlete. We start off with a 1/3 or 1.2 mile swim (there are two groups for the swim) and then ride 16 miles. Open water swimming strategy, cycling technique, and transition secrets are shared every Tuesday. Swim start date is now June 10th. We start from the Pike Lake boat landing.
It is OK to participate in just part of Tuesday Night Tri Nights and no one will get dropped during the swim or bike.
