Most Common
We process ticket sales and registrations on behalf of a variety of events. Check whether you bought tickets or registered to attend an event. Some examples are marathons, 5k’s, triathlons, bike races, conferences, comedy clubs, live music, or beer and wine tasting, to name a few. To get more details about a charge, please contact us.
As the ticketing or registration provider, we can't answer specific event-related questions. Instead, please contact the organization hosting the event. Check their web site for relevant contact information.
If you can't bring your check-in pass or ticket to the event, no problem. You can be checked in with your photo ID using our digital look-up system.
Purchasing
Check that your credit card number, expiration date, and card security code match exactly what you entered. If all information matches, your card was declined by the credit card processor. On rare occasions, the credit card processor may be experiencing technical difficulties.
Purchases must be made with a major credit or debit card.
In an effort to keep service fees as low as possible, Tempo does not take orders by phone.
Event Admission
Check-in passes and tickets are sent in an email separate from your order receipt. This email is sent within seconds after the completion of your order, from [email protected]. If you have spam blocking or require senders to seek approval, you may not receive it. Please check your spam or junk mail folders. If you are sure you completed your order, no further action is required. Just arrive at check-in with your ID, and you can be checked in using our digital look-up system. If you like, you may also contact the organization hosting the event to confirm your purchase.
You can access your check-in pass or ticket at any time from the email sent at the time of purchase. The email is sent from [email protected].
Display your check-in pass or ticket on a smartphone, or else you can be checked in with your photo ID using our digital look-up system.
If you can't locate your check-in pass or ticket, or believe it may have been otherwise compromised, contact the organization hosting the event to have your check-in pass or ticket re-issued.
Changes & Refunds
Contact the organization hosting the event to make changes or corrections to your completed order.
Please contact the organization hosting the event for new event information and/or refund options. Policies vary by event organizer, and are determined at their discretion.
Registrations and tickets are generally sold on a final-sale basis. All decisions regarding the approval of refunds or exchanges are made by the organization hosting the event. As a contracted service provider, we are bound by the decision of the organization hosting the event.
