Tempo Tickets does not control ticket inventory. Only the event producer decides how many tickets will be sold, held, or released through Tempo Tickets.
The name entered under the billing information must exactly match the name on your credit card as should the billing address, including the zip code.
Tickets must be purchased with a major credit or debit card.
In an effort to keep service fees as low as possible Tempo Tickets does not process phone orders.
Yes, just show up to the venue with your ID and any tablet with digital will call can check you in.
Existing Orders
You can access your tickets at any time from the ticket email sent at the time of purchase.
Confirmation emails are sent immediately upon completion of the transaction. If you have spam blocking or require senders to seek approval, you may not receive it. Please check the spam or junk mail folders. If you're sure you have purchased tickets, no further action is required. Just arrive at the venue with your ID and the digital guest list feature will check you in at any ticket scanner in the same time as scanning your ticket.

All tickets are sold on a final sale basis. Policies defined by our clients prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased without their consent, which is not routinely granted. All decisions regarding the approval of refunds or exchanges are made by the venue/promoter/event. As a contracted ticketing agent, Tempo Tickets is bound by the decision of the venue/promoter/event.
Tempo Tickets tablet ticket scanners include a comprehensive list of guests. There are no paper tickets, you are checked in digitally.
While this is generally discouraged or prohibited, each venue has its own Will Call policy. In the event that you wish to have an alternate name put on an order.
If you believe your tickets have been compromised, contact us to have your tickets re-issued.
Tempo Tickets does not use PDF file formats. You can access and reprint your tickets any time through the original confirmation email.
