I see a charge on my credit card from Tempo Tickets. What is it for?
We process ticket sales and registrations on behalf of a variety of events. Check whether you bought tickets or registered to attend an event. I have a question about an upcoming event.
As the ticketing agency, we can't answer specific event-related questions. Instead, please contact the venue hosting the event or the event producer. Check their web site for relevant contact information.
I can't access my tickets, I forgot them, or they aren't printing!
If you can't bring your print-at-home tickets to the event, no problem. You can be checked in with your photo ID using our digital will-call system.
