Event changes and cancellations
In the case that an event is rescheduled, moved, or otherwise changed or canceled, the producer will attempt to inform you by email or by phone, using the information you provided when purchasing your tickets.
Producers set their own refund and exchange policies. The producer can choose to list the policy with the event details, or as part of the purchase terms you review and agree to during the ordering process. For questions regarding refunds or exchanges, contact the producer through their web site or use the contact information on your receipt.
Tempo Tickets can't issue refunds on behalf of producers.

All taxes included. All applicable taxes are included in the purchase price of your tickets.
