What happens if the rescheduled event is cancelled? We will notify all participants well in advance if we need to cancel the physical event. If the second rendition is cancelled all participants will be automatically transferred to the virtual event. It will be your choice to participate in the virtual event. Shirts and awards will be mailed following the event. |
