Join us for a race in order to raise funds to fight human trafficking in South Dakota and around the world! Funds raise will go to two organizations this year. The first is
Call to Freedom in Sioux Falls which "provides responsive services for victims of human trafficking". The second is
Freedom's Journey based in Rapids City that "assists those who have been enslaved to find the freedom and safety they deserve".
Both of these organizations do amazing work in order to fight human trafficking in South Dakota, but also partner with other organizations to stop it from happening in other places around the world. Every ticket and donation goes towards ending human trafficking during our lifetime!
What You Get:
Every entry into the 5K and 10K races receive the following:
- Runner's bib with individual number so that you can keep track of your time
- Finisher's Medal
- Commemorative Shirt [sold out]
- Pre/Post Race snacks and water
Entries into the 1 Mile Fun Run receive the following:
- Runner's bib with individual number so that you can keep track of your time
- Finisher's Certificate
- Commemorative Shirt [sold out]
- Pre/Post Race snacks and water
Prizes for top male/female performer in each age division in the 5/10K races
Prizes drawn at random for participants of the 1 mile fun run (details coming later)
What's the timing on everything:
Friday Sept 20
- 5-7:00pm Packet Pick Up at Quest Church (1403 N Hwy 77)
Saturday Sept 21
- 8:00am Packet Pick Up on Site
- 9:00am 10K Start
- 9:10am 5K Start
- 9:30am 1 Mile Fun Run Start
- 10:15am Awards
