Covid-19 Note (10/21/20): Greetings, fans of the Luminary. We continue to work on plans for the Dept of Health to create a safe and fun Luminary. However, until we are able to present a plan that works for the Health Department, MPRB and our own medical advisors, we are going to temporarily close registration for the Luminary. We hope to have good news sometime in the next few weeks but we need more time to consider all the details and angles so that we have a plan in which all concerned parties have confidence and can support.

We are exploring every avenue and strategy and hope to have answers soon. We expect some things will certainly be different such as not being able to do some of our favorite things like the hot cocoa stations and the party on the Lagoon. And we are looking at to provide the structure for a steady and socially-distanced safe flow of participants around the lake, possibly with assigned start locations and times and an extra wide track and restructured features. Your glowstick may be a mask. On our side is the fact that this is an outdoors event with a HUGE area.

For the purposes of the Luminary Loppet, "Youth" comprises anyone ages 3 - 16. Children under age 3 do not need a separate registration/glow stick when accompanied by a registered adult.
