Landon Schoenefeld (HauteDish/Nighthawks) offers up the ultimate chefs table experience with Birdie. Birdie is a clean and beautiful space in the front room of the prep kitchen for the adjacent diner, Nighthawks. Guests will have front row seats to
an exclusive, intimate, and interactive dining experience as they watch the chef and crew create a tasting menu before their very eyes. Birdie will celebrate the growing
culture of integrity, simplicity, and democracy in dining with passionate improvisational cooking. Birdie will be a produce-centric and seasonal concept with each week’s menu representing a blank canvas of what is possible, creating dishes inspired by the market and garden. Birdie will offer only one seating for 12 guests, 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights).The team at Birdie will cook a 10-12 course prix fixe menu at the all inclusive price of $100 per ticket. It is important to note that tickets for Birdie should be treated like any other ticketed event, such as a sporting event or concert; meaning once purchased, they are non refundable. So please choose the day you'd like to come with careful consideration. Beverage pairings will be available for purchase upon arrival.
