| We are bringing the magic of the Luminary to Wirth Park in 2021! By moving the Luminary Loppet to Theodore Wirth Park, we can appropriately and safely scale to the guidance of the Minnesota Department of Health. Plus, we are confident that you will love this new version of a Theodore Wirth Park Luminary Loppet!
- Your Entrance Ticket. There are no glowsticks this year. Instead, 1-2 weeks before the event, you will receive an email that confirms your official start date and time (start groups are on 5-minute intervals). Present this confirmation email at the start of the course.
- Please Bring Your Own Mask. Masks will be required in the start and finish areas. We also strongly encourage their use on the trails, while reserving the right to require them on the course, should we deem that to be necessary.
- This year the Luminary will be walking and snowshoeing only.
If your circumstances change and you know that you will be unable to attend, please contact [email protected] to let us know so that we may have the option to open more spots to our North Minneapolis front line partners.
Our first priority is to keep you and all of our Luminary participants safe. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home and seek care.
For the purposes of the Luminary Loppet, "Youth" comprises anyone ages 3 - 16. Children under age 3 do not need a separate registration when accompanied by a registered adult.
