The Freeze Yer Gizzard Blizzard Run is the zaniest winter running event in North America! Only the bold run the cold in this famous little northern border town of International Falls, Minnesota - aka the Icebox of the Nation! Choose between the 5K or the 10K - or if you are really tough....run both.

Check-in and bib pickup available:

Friday 5pm - 7:30pm & Saturday beginning at 7:30am

5K starts at 9am

10K starts at 10am

We hope to see all the runners at the Runner’s Reception after the race!

The Runner’s Reception lunch is optional. If you plan on eating, we recommend you sign up today for the reduced lunch price. Lunch will be hot chicken noodle soup, ham sandwich, cookies and a beverage conveniently served at the Backus Community Center after the race.

Runner’s Reception 9:30am – 1pm (approx.)

FYGBR Awards Ceremony for 5K & 10K Races at 11:30am (est.)

Shirts are guaranteed through January 7, 2023

FRIDAY 5-7:30 p.m. Packet Pickup (Online registration will remain open until 8:45am for the 5K and 9:45am for the 10K, January 28, 2023. Registration is encouraged prior to arrival)

SATURDAY SCHEDULE:

5K Packet pickup 7:30-8:45am, race starts at 9:00am.

10K registration 7:30-9:45 am, race starts 10:00am

$45.00 + 4.29 service fee

10K No Lunch

$45.00 + 4.29 service fee

Both 5K & 10K No Lunch

$60.00 + 5.30 service fee
