The Freeze Yer Gizzard Blizzard Run is the zaniest winter running event in North America! Only the bold run the cold in this famous little northern border town of International Falls, Minnesota - aka the Icebox of the Nation! Choose between the 5K or the 10K - or if you are really tough....run both.
We did not want to cancel the race for the first time in its 42-year history but did not see a path to safely gather hundreds of runners together during this time. The FYGBR is an important fundraiser and time-honored tradition of the Int’l Falls Area Chamber, and so after a successful virtual race in 2021 - we're doing it again! With your support this year, we hope to see everyone together in 2023 for an extra special celebration!!!
