Erik Anderson and Jamie Malone of the upcoming Brut will present 8 traditional Japanese chicken skewers known as Gonzo-San using local Chickens. They will also be teaming up with Bittercube, who will be in house to pair the the Gonzo-San with some specially made low-proof cocktails.
