Pork & Pickle's Geoffrey Hausmann is collaborating with two of Travail's other kicka$$ chefs, Ray Sauter and Ben Feltmann, to host a Brats & Brew pop-up.
This German beer house style dinner will include 6 types of brats & sausages, sides, mucho accoutrements and a surprise dessert. Throughout the meal you will be served 4 different brews that have been specially paired for maximum radness.
There are a limited number of "VIP" seats available at the kitchen table. This higher priced meal includes an extra course and an extra brew too!
There are two seatings available on Monday, November 10th at 6:00 and 8:00 pm
