Terms: By attending the Starlit Snow Tubing Party (“Event”), the ticket holder (“Holder”) assumes all risk at Wild Chutes Snow Tubing (“Venue”) before, during or after the event, and further acknowledges that attendance at the event is voluntary, and hereby releases, to the furthest extent permitted by law, Wild Chutes Snow Tubing, GetKnit LLC, and all entities and affiliates associated with the event for injuries, loss of personal property, or any incidents associated with crowds of people attending this event. Holder agrees to indemnify and defend Wild Chutes Snow Tubing and GetKnit, LLC. against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgements, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from holder(s) use of the Venue or participant in the Event. In the case Holder is purchasing tickets for more than one person, Holder is deemed to have given all the foregoing releases and waivers on behalf of subsequent attendee(s).
