Terms: By attending Brews, Blues, and BBQ ("Event"), the ticket holder ("Holder") assumes all risk at Modist Brewing Co. ("Venue") before, during or after the event, and further acknowledges that attendance at the event is voluntary, and hereby releases, to the furthest extent permitted by law, Modist Brewing, GetKnit LLC, and all entities and affiliates associated with the event for injuries or loss of personal property resulting from such Risks or any incidents associated with crowds of people or attending this event. Holder agree to indemnify and defend Modist Brewing and GetKnit, LLC against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from holder(s) use of the Venue or participation in the Event. In the case Holder is purchasing tickets for more than one person, Holder is deemed to have given all of the foregoing releases and waivers on behalf of subsequent attendee(s).
