Set up your event.
Log in to the Tempo Tickets system from any web browser. Using our intuitive and speedy user interface, define the details of your event: date, venue capacity, and ticket prices. Setting up basic events is no more complicated than that. If you need to be more specific than that, no problem--the options are there for when you need them. Our design goal is to make easy things easy, and hard things possible.
Sell your tickets and get paid.
Customers purchase tickets online through our system and the payment is forwarded to you as frequently as weekly, less our service fee and credit card processing charges. Additionally, you can sell tickets over the phone and process the transactions with our system. Walk-up advance sales are possible too, in the same way.

Customers can receive their tickets in one of two ways: by printing them at home themselves, or by picking them up at will call. If the tickets are printed in advance (by the customer or your own box office), they will carry a barcode that you can then validate at the door at the time of your event.

Yet another way to distribute your tickets is with our ticket stock option. Our specially-created professional ticket stock works in most any laser or inkjet printer. Print the tickets you need, when you need them. All tickets printed on our ticket stock carry the same barcodes like print-at-home tickets, so they scan at the door too.

All the while your event is on sale, check your numbers any time by logging in to our elegant reporting tool. You can get up-to-the-second sales information from any computer connected to the Internet.
Put on your event.
On event day, admit your ticket-holders by scanning the barcodes on their tickets. If you don't need this kind of inventory control, simply print off a list of will-call ticket holders.

If you enabled print-at-home tickets for your customers, use your cell phones to scan and validate their tickets. As long as the phone can get a Wi-Fi or 3G cell network signal, it will check the barcode against the central database to see if it is valid.
