Bob Gerken and the whole Rookery crew are hosting a weekly Saturday brunch service that puts a new spin on their signature bite flight menu.

The menu is ever evolving, but current courses include (but are not limited to)

-croque madame with Foie gras sausage, truffle, brie, and sunny side up egg

-mussels, tomato, cotechino (sausage by Geoff Hausmann) on a house-made tomato focaccia

-salmon rillette with sesame and lemon

-spanish omelet with a micro green salad

-yuzu & jalapeno explosion

-deviled egg with osetra caviar

-beggars purse filled with cauliflower, ham, and mornay

-pork with brussel sprouts,sweet potato, and miso

-surprise soup course

Your ticket includes the 10 course brunch bite flight, tax, and gratuity.

During your meal you will be able to purchase house-made bloody mary's, mimosas, cocktails, coffee and more. The boys will also be pushing carts filled with a la carte fresh pastries and cheeses.
