Travail/Rookery chef Tony Callies (aka Hal & Sue Productions) is hosting Sunday Supper!

This delicious dinner will include a four course family style tasting menu, plus amuse and an additional dessert course. Your meal will include 2 pint of beers or glasses of wine per person! And of course we will have Sprechers Rootbeer, Cola and Orange soda. (Additional adult beverages can be purchased for CASH during the dinner.)

The Sunday Supper will include scotch quail eggs with mustard, sage buttered shiitakes with white cheddar emulsion, charred veggies with ricotta, clover leaf brioche rolls & croissants with honey butter, chicken presse with perfect potatoes, wine braised short ribs, and dessert bites!

Because this is a special one time menu and event we cannot make food substitutions or offer refunds.

Your ticket includes your meal, 2 adult drinks, tax, and gratuity BRING CASH IF YOU WANT TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. There are two seatings available on Sunday, October 19th at 5:30pm & 7:30pm. Each guest needs their own ticket.
