THE FISHING TOUR
Walk down any pier in Minneapolis, from the banks of the Mississippi River to any of the city lakes, and you'll see the young and old alike with a plastic bucket filled with fathead minnows and a fishing pole, trying their luck at landing a walleye. On this bus tour, we'll meet some of the fishermen and -women themselves, along with park rangers, naturalists, chefs, fishing enthusiasts and others, as well as visiting bait shops, seafood restaurants, national park sites, and of course a few of the city's best fishin' holes. A partnership with the River City Revue, Works Progress, the Mississippi River Fund, and the National Park Service. Don't forget to bring your fishing pole!
Transportation: historic bus
