Ernie's Fried Chicken: a pop-up with Erik Anderson & Bill Summerville hosted at Travail Kitchen.

Purchase your ticket for either a half chicken ($15) or a whole chicken ($29) online, right here, and then show up at Travail on Sunday, May 25th between 12noon-4pm to EAT! All fried chicken will come with an option for a habanero hot-honey dip and a pint of whatever side dish the kitchen happens to be slinging at the moment.

Once you arrive the crew will only be taking CASH for bubbles, additional chicken,and $5 buttermilk ice cream sundaes with candied peanuts.

Bill will be behind the bar offering bottles of bubbles. You can pick up a bottle of sparkling wine starting at $19. Bubble options will range from Spanish cava ($19) to real French Champagne from Jacques Chaput to more esoteric local grower Champagne. BRING CASH FOR ALL BUBBLES and anything purchased onsite at Travail.

this event will run like an open house, come between 12noon-4pm to eat (there are no set seating times)
BUY YOUR CHICKEN IN ADVANCE so we have a sense of how many folks we need to feed. BRING CASH TO THE EVENT to buy your bubbles, ice cream sundaes, and additional chicken.(please note tickets are non-refundable)
