The Big Lowdown: Bedlam-Live Action Set Roving Adventure, a massive collaboration comprised of little chunks and spread throughout the Lowertown neighborhood.
This is a performance-based, mass collaboration between artists of any variety of disciplines who, together create a promenade-style “production” through the landscape of Lowertown, St. Paul.
