Young, old, novice, pro, run, walk or stroll. The course at the YMCA in Superior, WI.

Preregistered check-in begins at 8:00am at the race site. Day-Of registration takes place onsite from 8:00-9:00am. The 1 Mile begins at 9:30am, and the 5K Run begins at 10:00am.

Medals awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place division finishers. Refreshments will be provided after the Race, as well as a bouncy house for the kids and a Wellness Fair in the Gym.
