We are excited to announce this exclusive event featuring the finest in Colorado cuisine and brewing!

A beer dinner featuring top notch brews paired beautifully with the culinary creations of Chefs Chris Royster & Mark Monette.

The event begins with an hor’d oeurves reception on our outdoor deck (weather permitting). Followed by a sit down dinner where New Belgium’s Master Brewers and Chef Chris Royster will be introducing your food and beer pairings. New Belgium will be pouring rare, cellared, and newly released beers.

We will be offering open seating with tables of 6-10 guests. If you are a group of 6 or more and you would like to sit together please note who you would like to sit with and we will do our very best to accommodate.
