Our own smokin' Kale Thome is popping up with an all new menu in the Spotlight Kitchen. This time around the focus will be on crafting Minnesota inspired BBQ using local products and highlighting the best bits of our midwest cuisine, while using tried and true BBQ techniques and flavors from around the country.

The meat will be served as soon as it is ready, the way BBQ is meant to be eaten. He'll also be crafting up a smorgasbord of classic BBQ side dishes with a dash of Travailian flare. There will be a few ways to get your hands on this grub.

Each night we will have a limited number of meals-for-two available for pre-purchase on this page. You will get tasty barbecued meats for two people that will be paired with two sides and sauces (the chef picks these pairings, but you can order more sides on site when you come in). These limited pre-ordered meals will be fresh & ready at 6:00pm. Your "ticket" includes the meat for two people, two sides (each a pint serving), sauces to accompany that meat, tax, and a small service fee. It does NOT include gratuity or any beverages.

At this time we will not be making substitutions or able to accommodate any specific dietary concerns for pre-purchased orders.

Kale will also be offering an a la carte menu that will be served on site. You can come in anytime and pick your meat, your sides, and your sauce. This is a first come, first served situation, folks. No matter which option you pick you can either belly up to the bar, snag an open seat in the Spotlight dining room, or take your food to go.
