Thumbs Up High 5K is an annual run, walk, bike, blade event held in Elk River, Minnesota raising money for mental health, suicide awareness and prevention. We value LIFE and we ASPIRE to help others in our Community by TALKING about MENTAL HEALTH. All funds raised stay within ISD 728 - Elk River, Rogers, Ramsey, Otsego, and Zimmerman, Minnesota.

Thumbs Up High 5K, Inc. is a registered 501 3 (c) non-profit organization with the State of Minnesota. EIN information is available upon request.
